Join our Twitter chat on Monday 25 February at 12 noon to tell us your ideas and views to help us develop frameworks for practice in social care and social work.

We recently held engagement events, in partnership with the Office of the Chief Social Work Adviser (OCSWA), for you to tell us what you thought about the draft frameworks for practice for social care and social work.

We are developing the professional frameworks for practice as part of the recommendations of the National Health and Social Care Workforce Plan Part 2 – a framework for improving workforce planning for social care in Scotland. At the heart of this work is making sure we have a skilled, competent and flexible workforce fit for the future who will continue to improve outcomes for the people who use services.
