The SSSC is committed to supporting work-life balance for all employees. The SSSC acknowledges that the number of carers is increasing and is impacting on more and more of our employees. The Carers Leave policy outlines the internal supports available and external agencies that may be able to assist by providing advice and information. The policy also directs employees to the Special Leave Policy which provides a range of options to help employees to balance work and caring responsibilities.
