This report presents the findings and conclusions following in-depth interviews with each of the 10 NQSW early implementation sites. Feedback from sites indicates that the NQSW Supported Year is broadly welcomed and is viewed as bringing defined benefits, not least a movement towards a consistent, structured and nurturing first year in practice.
