What is multi factor authentication (MFA)?
Multi factor authentication is added security, helping to make sure only the authorised user can access MySSSC. You will receive a security code by email or text message. You will only be allowed access to MySSSC after entering the code, as well as your email and password.
How do I get my security code?
If we have your mobile phone number, you’ll receive your security code by text message.
If we don’t have your mobile phone number, you’ll receive your security code by email. When both your mobile phone number and email address are in your MySSSC account, you will have the option to receive the code by email or text message.
Should I select ‘remember this browser’?
Multi factor authentication is designed to enhance security, further protecting your data. We do not recommend you select ‘remember this browser’ especially if using a shared device.
